The non-profit organization behind Kidology.org, a Web resource for adults who work with kids in a religious environment, wanted to expand and upgrade their Internet operations.

I coordinated an overhaul of the client's Web infrastructure and marketing focus. This involved consultation to increase upsell opportunities for the membership-driven business. I also shifted the e-mail newsletter's editorial focus to emphasize subscription-oriented content.

By providing tools to assist medical patients in the management of chronic diseases, eCorSolutions.com created a lifeline of medical advice with an emphasis on preventive maintenance.

I provided recommendations for user experience improvements. This involved an analysis of navigation, organization, and interface. These observations were used to refine the website design.

Built by The Hartford Financial Services Group to market small business products to AARP's over 35 million members, AARPSmallBiz.com featured articles, interactive tools, and special promotional deals.

I developed a weekly schedule of content, interactive programs, and sales opportunities. In addition, I fashioned online polls that benefited small business owners and provided insightful information to the client's marketing department.

With a progressive stance for using technology in their ministry activities, Calvary Memorial Church sought to redevelop their existing website, focusing on moving their content into a more user-friendly categorization.

After many strategic meetings, I contributed an organizational outline that separated information into five primary content areas, while allowing for additional shortcuts to popular features such as video media and discussion forums.

The call to outdoor adventure prompted the creation of TrailResources.com, a comprehensive source for recreational biking, hiking, and outdoor products.

This client requested help in finding a turnkey e-commerce solution that fit their budget. They also required direction for their marketing approach and website usability.

Featuring water sports products, services, and advice, WaterGeek.com is an online marketplace highlighted by free shipping and unparalleled customer service.

I helped this client organize their information for optimal user experience. I also developed a Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This strategy work extended into creating a focus for WaterGeek.com's frequent e-mail newsletters, with an emphasis placed on content selection and format.

Branded by the merger of the words "Jump" and "Hoop," Joomp.com sells a product line of recreational, trampoline-based sports products.

Capitalizing on previously established promotion and search engine indexing of the parent company, I worked to position Joomp.com as "A WaterGeek.com Company." I also collaborated to implement various website standards and policies.

As a year-round camping and retreat facility, Phantom Ranch sought to communicate with campers, alumni, and supporters through the Internet.

I consulted with the client regarding the structure and organization of their website project. The creation of a yearly schedule for coordinating marketing and promotional efforts was also required. In addition, I implemented policies to comply with federal privacy law revisions.
