I coordinated an overhaul of the client's Web infrastructure and marketing focus. This involved consultation to increase upsell opportunities for the membership-driven business. I also shifted the e-mail newsletter's editorial focus to emphasize subscription-oriented content.

Capitalizing on previously established promotion and search engine indexing of the parent company, I worked to position Joomp.com as "A WaterGeek.com Company." I also collaborated to implement various website standards and policies.
